Thank you for considering signing up to one of our Sunday teams. Details of the areas of responsibility of each of the teams can be found at the bottom of this page. To complete your sign-up, please complete the following boxes and then click “SEND”

Tech team (2 people) from 9:30am
· Connecting up instruments and mics
· Setting up speakers and cabling
· Setting up and connecting sound desk
· Setting up and connecting laptop
· Clear away all the above at close
· Ensure cables are secured appropriately and are not a trip-hazard
· One person to operate sound desk and one to operate laptop
Catering team (at least 2 people) from 9:15am
· Putting food out
· Check and record temperatures for HOT food eg cooked meat etc
· getting airpots ready
· Putting out cups, spoons, milk etc
· Checking food and drink levels and topping up as needed
· Liaising with wider team as to food requirements for the day
· Clearing up any spillages and afterwards
Indoor setup (2 people) from 9:00am
· Make a note of layout on arrival so that everything is left the same at the end
· Unload stored boxes, equipment etc
· Move wheeled partitions to block off foyer corridors (if not already done)
· Open curtains (and close all curtains at end)
· Move required number of tables from second kitchen for food
· Arrange tables and chairs for the morning
· Move small square table from near window to near door for info point
· Return everything at end
· Check toilets are clean at end of morning and report any problems
Signage team (1 or 2 people) from 9:30am
· Put safeguarding notices in Gents, Ladies and Disabled loos (blu tack on back of door)
· Put sanitary products in ladies loo
· Work with indoor setup team to put notices/signs on tables and “no access” areas
· Erect indoor vertical banners
· Put up outdoor feather flags – one outside front door, two at bottom of drive
· Retrieve, take down and pack away all the above at end of morning
Welcome team (2 people)
· From around 10:15 – 10:40:
· one person with handheld “good to see you” sign at bottom of drive
· one person in foyer or outside with other handheld welcome sign
· welcome people and direct newcomers
· monitor entrance & exits through the morning – let parents know if kids go outside
